Everyone at the front desk was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. A special thank you to the office manager, Brianna, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and made the entire visit seamless. Jocelyn, my hygienist, did an outstanding job working on my crowns. She was thorough, gentle, and took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly. Dr. Kaur was equally impressive, professional, gentle, and genuinely caring throughout the entire appointment. What stood out to me most was the compassion shown by every member of the team. In my opinion, that level of genuine care and compassion can sometimes be hard to find in healthcare today, so it was truly refreshing to experience.
